Level 1

*Level 1 classes cater to all levels of fitness. No previous dance experience is necessary! Each class can be modified to increase or decrease difficulty as needed.


Blending African, Middle Eastern, and Latin moves with music from around the world, AfroVibe offers a diverse dance and workout experience. Using polyrhythm of the drums and the fusion of various ethnic styles, this class burns fat while improving flexibility, cardio-vascular stamina, and muscular strength (especially in the glute and core regions).

Bumpin’ Burlesque

Embrace your femininity with this girly and flirty take on classic Burlesque. Perfect for those wanting to dip their toes (or heels) into choreography, class will begin with a follow-along set before transitioning to a simple and sensual routine. Surprise yourself by stepping out of your comfort zone and discovering your hidden sex kitten!

Dooya and Bolly Blast

Combining traditional Indian folk with Bhangra contemporary movement, Doonya & Bollywood is an invigorating workout blast! Complete with Hip-Hop, Jazz, and Belly Dance techniques, this class is exceptionally successful in toning the core and lengthening targeted muscle groups


Fit Hop takes Hip-Hop music and moves and adds fitness rigor for an intensified cardio dance workout (emphasis on the cardio). Fast-paced and fun, Fit-Hop provides follow-along sequences with an extra kinesthetic kick to maximize calorie burning.


A woman’s body has curves that are dying to be unleashed, and the Figure8 program has been created to combine cardio and toning for a complete fat burning workout. Utilizing an interval format, you will alternate between high-power dance moves and slower controlled weight training to shrink the waistline and complement the feminine physique.


One of our most intense cardio options, PlyoJam leverages plyometric techniques- bursts of explosive jumping movements- to optimize your time spent in the studio. With easy follow along moves, today’s hottest radio hits, and supportive fitness coaching, this challenge class is a great option for all who want to shred or maintain body weight.

Rumba Caliente

Sabor! Open your heart and mind to the sensual world of Rumba Caliente! Get ready to sweat, shake, and tone to beats from all over the world. It isn’t Zumba, it’s RUMBA, and we guarantee you will find is muy CALIENTE!

Zumba Toning

Zumba Toning combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work to create a calorie-torching, strength-training fitness-party! Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

80’s Dance Party

Get your heart pumping and rock out to 80’s faves with this “Back to the Future” cardio class. Come in headbands, cut-off T’s, and get down to the music we all know and love! Imagine an old-school, all-American version of Zumba. Be prepared to have a blast (from the past) while getting an incredible workout!

Level 2

Beginners Hip-Hop

Designed to introduce Hip-Hop lovers to the world of choreography, this class is a perfect stepping stone to our advanced Hip-Hop classes (Level 3). Get it popping with a half hour of follow-along dance and end class with a high-energy signature routine.

Dance a GoGo

Indulge your inner diva with this empowering, feminine alternative to standard Hip-Hop. This choreo-prep class offers a constant mind and body challenge by teaching mini routine sequences to a variety of pop songs throughout the hour. No prior dance experience is necessary; just bring your sassy self and a can-do attitude.

Cardio Dance Groove

Get your groove on to some of the freshest music around (new and old). Work up a sweat and learn how to get funky on the dance floor with a simple, smooth routine that rotates class by class- another great option to prepare for higher levels of Hip-Hop.

Level 3

*All level 3 classes begin with 15 minutes of stretching and strengthening


Using edgy pop music and moves, C.D.B is a fast-paced choreography class that rotates routines on a bi-monthly basis. Each class starts from the beginning and adds on eight-counts throughout the hour, so don’t worry if you miss a class or two! Cardio Dance Blast will to take your workout and confidence to the next level by increasing your physical and mental stamina.

Advanced Hip-Hop

RnB, Pop, and Hip-Hop are all incorporated in this class to offer a well-rounded and liberating routine, also rotated on a bi-monthly basis. Lose yourself in the beauty and challenge of intensive choreography. Between the body rolling and booty shaking, we guarantee that you’ll leave feeling sore in the most satisfactory way.
