Level 1 classes cater to all levels of fitness. No previous dance experience is necessary! Each class can be modified to increase or decrease difficulty as needed.

Dancinerate® is a choreographed based workout program that challenges people to get out of their heads and into their bodies. You will step out of your comfort zone and leave it all on the dance floor with learning all styles of dance like hip hop, jazz, Broadway, lyrical, and so on while getting an incredible workout. Dancinerate® takes students step by step through each movement, so you don’t have to be a dancer to feel the benefits of the class – but by the end you might feel like one. All level 3 classes begin with 15 minutes of stretching and strengthening before leading into an advanced choreographed routine (rotated on a bimonthly basis.)
Using upbeat music and moves, Pop/Hip-Hop Choreography is a fast-paced choreo class that rotates through songs with each new 8 count. Every class starts from the beginning and adds on sequences throughout the hour, so don’t worry if you miss a session! Pop-Hip Hop Choreography will to take your workout and confidence to the next level by increasing your physical and mental stamina.
