After moving to LA, Jason realized a need in the marketplace for a cardio dance fitness program that focused on burning calories, so he created his own dance format: PlyoJam. While Jason wants to make workouts fun, his mission is to make sure his students burn as many calories as possible. He definitely achieves that with the most rigorous and fun dance workout yet. He’s an athlete, comedian, and host motivator who brings his passion for helping others develop healthy living through fitness and dance and, most important, laughter.
