Strength and Stretch w/ Patty Tapia – Sundays @ 9am
This is a fusion class with Yoga as its foundation. Strength and Stretch is a total body workout that utilizes weights and high reps to strengthen and tone. The main focus is alignment and core stability to prevent injuries. Yoga and stretching poses will be held while consciously breathing into those tight spaces to loosen and lengthen hard worked muscles. Strength and Stretch is not only a physical workout, but a mental one; each class will end with a short meditation or breath-work practice that focuses on being more present on and off the mat. All levels are welcome, and modifications are always offered. No Yoga or gym experience is needed to participate.
